Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sports Scientist located in Coimbatore. The Sports Scientist will be responsible for conducting assessments, designing and implementing training programs, monitoring athletes' performance, and providing feedback to optimize their physical conditioning. Daily tasks include data collection and analysis, preparing reports, collaborating with coaches and medical staff, and staying updated with the latest research and trends in sports science. The role requires commitment to maintain the highest standards of athlete care and performance enhancement.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of exercise physiology, biomechanics, and sports nutrition
• Proficiency in data analysis and performance monitoring tools
• Experience in designing and implementing training and conditioning programs
• Strong research skills and the ability to apply scientific principles to practical situations
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams
• A degree in Sports Science, Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, or a related field
• Relevant certifications and experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Commitment to staying updated with the latest research and advancements in sports science
