**What you'll do**:

- Taking decisions based on long
- and short-term strategy and working closely with the business development teams.
- Working with a world class team of engineers and solving challenging problems.
- Be part of an early stage team where you will be directly working with the founders and founding team.
- Independence to architect and develop software systems and teams from scratch. Contribute in building the tech team by hiring and mentoring other developers in similar roles. - 7+ years of working directly within engineering teams experience
- 3+ year(s) of engineering team management experience
- Extensive knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, certification, and livesite operations
- Advanced level of understanding of Service Oriented Architecture, Server Frameworks (Spring/NodeJs), Databases, Cloud Technologies (AWS/Google Cloud).
- You understand the hustle of a startup and are good with handling ambiguity
- Bachelors/Master degree in Computer Science or relevant fields.
