**Assistant Marketing Manager**

**Location: Bangalore**

**Job Summary**

The Assistant Marketing Manager supports the Marketing Manager in the execution of the India Business marketing plan to drive growth, retain our customers and build a strong brand. You will achieve this through the creation and execution of campaigns, content and events, and evaluation of marketing effectiveness. Business development, operations, and communications to support the execution of the region-specific marketing plan.

**Responsibilities**
- Work closely with stakeholders and business leaders to understand business goals
- Conceptualise and develop marketing plan, including activities, objectives and KPIs, that is aligned to business goals and targets
- Travel frequently - up to 50 percent of your time will be spent traveling to various events
- Manage library of localised content by reviewing and selecting OEM content to be localised; schedule and maintain a calendar of localised content, and track performance of content
- Champion of localised content by working with Design and Content team to create marketing collateral for, but not limited to, social media, website content, campaigns, and promotional activities
- Support the planning and execution of Altem-owned/sponsored events, speaker spotlights, awards, and industry conferences.
- Assist with maintenance of the lead and customer database, as well as stay up to date with the relevant Altem marketing technologies and platforms.
- Analyse digital marketing data to help shape future marketing strategies.
- Ensure consistency in communications and brand guidelines when deploying strategies.
- Be a brand advocate and drive Altem Brand Ambassadors campaigns.

Support overall marketing team goals and programs.

**Qualifications, Skills and Experience**
- Master/ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, business, or a related field preferred.
- Outstanding English presentation and writing skills.
- Experience in successful marketing pipeline generation, including campaigns from concept to ROI analysis.
- Experience in copywriting and content creation and organising physical and digital events.
- Exposure to marketing analytics and marketing automation software such as HubSpot’s marketing suite,

Salesforce, Sitecore, Google Analytics, Trello, etc.
- Strong communicator and creative thinker.
- Comfortable in fast-paced environment that values creativity, self-motivation, candour, reliability, and

accountability.
- Ability to perform independently and within a team environment.
- People-oriented, strong relationship building skills.
- Demonstrated resourcefulness and curiosity.
