**Job Description - Brand Promoter (Event Marketing)**

**Location: -Bangalore**
**Employment Type: Full-time**

**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities:

- **
- Represent the brand in **all events, trade shows, exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional activities**.
- **Engage, interact, and build rapport** with event visitors and potential customers.
- **Deliver live product demonstrations, sampling, and presentations** to attract and retain customer interest.
- Assist in **event setup, coordination, and execution** to ensure smooth operations.
- Distribute promotional materials and actively generate leads during events.
- Maintain a deep understanding of brand values, product features, and USPs to confidently communicate with customers.
- Collect and report **customer feedback, competitor activity, and market insights** post-events.
- Work closely with the **marketing and sales teams** to achieve event objectives and sales targets.
- Ensure consistent **professionalism, grooming, and brand representation** at all times.

**Requirements:

- **
- Minimum qualification: High School Diploma (Bachelor’s Degree preferred).
- **Excellent communication and presentation skills** (English + local language preferred).
- Outgoing, confident, and energetic personality with the ability to engage large audiences.
- Prior experience in **brand promotion, event marketing, exhibitions, or hospitality** is an advantage.
- Comfortable with **travel and flexible schedules**, including weekends, evenings, and extended event hours.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to dynamic event environments.
