Working with the brand team to produce new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications
- Directing brainstorming meetings and creative sessions
- Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the brand voice and identity. Ensure all creative output adheres to brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences
- Campaign Development: Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that drive engagement and achieve marketing objectives. Collaborate with marketing, design, and other teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution
- Innovation and Trends: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices. Introduce new ideas and approaches to keep the brand's content fresh and relevant.

**Education & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/ Communication /Arts/ Design /Fine Arts required (Master’s degree preferred)
- 7-10+ years’ experience in a creative leadership role
- Portfolio of previous work that displays an ability to turn an idea into a visual piece
- Experience with a variety of software, including Photoshop, InDesign, Flash, etc.
- Adobe Creative Suite a plus

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
