**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Handling the core marketing BTL activity of the assigned Area.
- Handling New Product Launches with the help of Display, POSM like Banner, Posters, Table Stand etc.
- Development of Sales team through data/workshops.
- Help the sales team with the Execution.
- Help sales team in achieving their day to day target of CFA & Distributor and help PSR into enroll new Outlet to increase their sales.
- Keep an eye on Competitors' new launches and schemes driven by them in the territory like LRB, CSD.
- Data update and analysis for the unit.

**Work Experience**: 0- 2 years experience preferred.
