**Your Role as a Sales Associate**:
You’ll be the heart of our customer experience — guiding, assisting, and delighting customers throughout their visit.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist walk-in customers warmly and professionally
- Understand customer preferences and suggest jewellery that suits their needs
- Explain features, pricing, and offers in a clear, confident manner
- Keep displays tidy, clean, and attractive
- Handle queries or concerns with patience and care
- Record and update customer information for future follow-up

**What We’re Looking For**:
**Education**:

- 10th standard and above (Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing is a plus)

**Experience**:
**Skills & Traits**:

- Excellent communication and people skills
- Presentable appearance and a pleasant attitude
- Basic comfort with using mobile apps or billing tools
- A two-wheeler (preferred) for local travel during campaigns

**Location**:
Arthanari Nagar, Swarnapuri, Salem, Tamil Nadu
