As a Footwear Sales Associate, you'll be at the front line of our operation, creating the first impression of our business. Your role will be to interact with customers, assisting them with their footwear requirements, and providing expert advice on our products to enhance their shopping experiences.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Engage with customers, gauge their requirements, and recommend suitable footwear options.
2. Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and products.
3. Maintain store hygiene and visual merchandising.
4. Manage inventory and stock levels.
5. Meet targeted sales goals and drive customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Experience:
1. Proven sales experience, preferably in the retail sector.
2. Knowledge of current fashion trends.
3. Excellent customer service skills.
4. Good verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
5. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
