**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound and inbound calls to potential customers.
- Provide information about products or services and address customer queries.
- Maintain and update the customer database with accurate and timely information.
- Follow up on leads and ensure proper follow-through to achieve sales targets.
- Handle customer complaints or escalate them to the appropriate department.
- Build strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure adherence to quality and compliance guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skills in [languages required, e.g., English, Hindi, or local language].
- Basic computer knowledge for data entry and CRM updates.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Freshers are welcome; experience of up to 3 years in telecalling or a similar role is preferred.
- Positive attitude and ability to handle pressure.
