**Key Responsibilities**:
Dispute Management Support: Assist in managing and resolving disputes in compliance with industry regulations. Work closely with internal teams to investigate and address any compliance-related disputes.

Client Support: Collaborate with clients to address inquiries related to compliance procedures and regulations. Ensure a clear understanding of client requirements and maintain proactive communication channels.

File Reviews: Conduct thorough reviews of collection files to ensure compliance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and other relevant 3rd party regulations. Identify and rectify any discrepancies or non-compliance issues in a timely manner.

Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with internal teams to disseminate information regarding compliance updates and changes. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement corrective actions and improvements based on compliance feedback.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- US shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
