**Experience**: 2-4 Years

**Salary**: 25 K to 30 K

Payroll Processing and Administration
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees, including salary calculations, deductions, reimbursements, and bonuses.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of payroll disbursement.
- Handle payroll queries and discrepancies from employees.

Statutory Compliance
- Stay updated with labor laws, tax regulations, and other statutory requirements related to payroll and employee benefits.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, such as Provident Fund (PF), Employees' State Insurance (ESI), Tax Deduction at Source (TDS), Professional Tax (PT), and Gratuity.
- Prepare and file statutory reports and returns within the specified deadlines.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist in external audits related to payroll and statutory compliance.

Employee Benefits Administration
- Administer employee benefits programs, such as insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
- Assist employees with benefit enrollment, claims processing, and related inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee payroll, benefits, and statutory compliance documents.

Reporting and Communication
- Prepare reports and data analysis related to payroll and compliance as required.
- Communicate payroll-related updates, changes in regulations, and compliance requirements to relevant stakeholders.

Coordination and Collaboration
- Coordinate with HR team members, finance department, and external vendors (if applicable) to ensure seamless payroll and compliance processes.

Other Responsibilities
- Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
