**Job description**

Snapmint is on a mission of democratising no/low cost instalment purchases for next 200 Mn Indians. Of the 300 million credit eligible consumers in India, less than 30 Million actively use credit cards. Snapmint is reinventing credit for the next 200M consumers by providing them freedom to buy what they want and pay for them in instalments without a credit card. In a short period of time Snapmint has reached over a million consumers in 2200 cities and has powered over 200 crores worth of purchases.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and submit necessary data to regulatory bodies, including filing necessary reports and responding to inquiries.
- Work with various internal stakeholders to resolve RBI complaints, grievances and other customer concerns
- Maintain compliance documentation, policies, and records. Incidents. Investigate and resolve compliance violations and issues promptly.
- Assist in the development and review of compliance policies and procedures, and implement related system developments and initiatives
- Participate in risk assessments and compliance audits.
- Analyse data and metrics related to compliance activities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in compliance activities and work with internal and external stakeholders to implement them.
- Collaborate with other departments to address compliance-related matters and maintain a culture of compliance throughout the organization

**Qualifications**
- 2-3 years of experience into NBFC related compliance
- Knowledge of bureau reporting, managing RBI queries, grievances
- Knowledge of financial industry regulations and due diligence preferred
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills to assess compliance issues.

**Location** - Central Line, Mumbai

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹283,576.12 - ₹450,000.00 per year
