**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office, including workstations, pantry, and meeting rooms.
- Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors as needed.
- Handle photocopying, scanning, and filing of documents when requested.
- Assist with mailing, courier deliveries, and collection of documents.
- Monitor and restock office supplies, pantry items, and stationery.
- Support administrative staff with minor errands or office-related tasks.
- Ensure the reception and visitor areas are neat and welcoming.
- Dispose of office waste properly and maintain hygiene standards.
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms and arranging refreshments for meetings or events.
- Handle minor maintenance or coordinate with vendors for repairs when required.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass.
- Prior experience as an office boy, peon, or helper preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed and presentable.
- Reliable, punctual, and honest.
- Ability to follow instructions and work under mínimal supervision.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
