Strong knowledge of APEX, Visualforce and the Lightning platform development framework
- Lightning Aura is a must, LWC is preferred but not mandatory.
- Understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits and Code Coverage
- Excellent debugging skills; able to debug complex technical issues involving multiple system components.
- Solid understanding of deployment processes and tools with regards to Salesforce
Identify areas of continuous improvement to reduce overall support requirements.
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodology.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ is a plus

**Business-facing skills**
- Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders on Agile sprint team
- Ability to manage end to end product development process in specific domain area, coordinating with stakeholders as needed
- Able to build strong relationships with business partners to ensure technology alignment with business priorities
- Excellent communication skills

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**

1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain or related field required.

2. 3 years of experience in Salesforce development work.

3. Relevant certifications will be an add-on.
