**Job Opportunity:** Become a key member of our team and play a vital role in delivering exceptional solutions for field service organizations.

As a Salesforce Field Service Lightning Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying custom solutions within Salesforce Field Service (FSL). This includes creating custom Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, triggers, workflows, process builder flows, and integrations.

Key responsibilities also include configuring and customizing FSL features such as scheduling, dispatching, optimization, mobile workflows, and work orders. You will develop and maintain integrations between FSL and other systems using APIs and middleware.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into technical specifications. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding best practices and standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to FSL implementations. Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, particularly in the FSL domain.

Additionally, provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience:

  • Relevant experience in Salesforce development, with a strong focus on field service.
  • Extensive experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce development tools.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce FSL architecture, data model, and functionality.
  • Experience with FSL mobile app customization and offline capabilities.
  • Proficiency in REST and SOAP APIs, and experience with integrating Salesforce with external systems.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Certifications: Salesforce certifications are highly desirable, but not required.
