**The Opportunity**
This role will collaborate with project managers, vendor partners, and technical delivery teams to ensure service projects are adequately serviced, and vendor partners are efficiently paid upon completion. This role is critical to maintaining our excellent customer satisfaction ratings and your role in supporting that is to maintain good payment relations with our vendor partners. The person in this role will ensure that management has a consistent and clear view of vendor partner payment relations.

**Your Role**
The Purchase Order Clerk works in the Resource Management Office supporting the Purchase Order and Invoice processes for our vendor partners to be paid efficiently. This role requires an individual to have good communication skills, the ability to ask detailed questions, and a desire to be extremely accurate in their responsibilities.
**Typical job duties include**:
- Create Purchase Orders for vendors
- Update the tools used with information related to resource engagements and other services
- Assisting other departments with equipment or product purchases, tracking assets and accounts for acquisition
- Confirming subcontractor billed working hours, bonuses, and projects
- Continuously track the progress of existing purchase orders by maintaining accruals reports and blanket PO requests
- Approve vendor invoices
- Completing payments and controlling expenses by receiving, processing, and verifying invoices Ensure prompt and effective communication happens in a cross-matrix team environment
**What You Will Bring**
- A minimum of two years of experience as a Purchase Order or A/P clerk (or equivalent) with a mastery of core responsibilities along with specific training and experience.
- A demonstratable take-charge attitude with a humble and honest approach
- Great communication skills that enable trust in building excellent relationships.
- Proven experience managing successful outcomes in a cross-matrix environment Intermediate level experience with tools like Net-Suite and Kantata PSA
