**Job Title**: Supervisor (Sales Monitoring and Wholesale Visit)

**Job Description & Summary**:
The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales team, monitoring wholesale operations, and ensuring the smooth execution of daily sales activities for the company’s pan masala products.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Ø Sales Team Supervision

Ø Wholesale Market Visits

Ø Monitoring the sales performance

Ø Client Relationship Management

Ø Task assignment, Reporting and Problem Solving

**Qualifications**:
Ø Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the FMCG or pan masala/tobacco-related industry.

Ø Strong understanding of the wholesale market and its dynamics.

Ø Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage a diverse sales team and maintain client relationships.

Ø Willingness to travel regularly for market and client visits.

**Preferred**:
Ø Experience in the pan masala or tobacco industry is highly desirable.

Ø Fluency in local languages and dialects for effective communication with clients and sales staff.

Ø Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
