Suervisor

The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales team, monitoring wholesale operations, and ensuring the smooth execution of daily sales activities for the company’s pan masala products.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Team Supervision

Wholesale Market Visits

Monitoring the sales performance

Client Relationship Management

Task assignment, Reporting and Problem Solving

Qualifications:
Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the FMCG or pan masala/tobacco-related industry.

Strong understanding of the wholesale market and its dynamics.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage a diverse sales team and maintain client relationships.

Willingness to travel regularly for market and client visits.

Preferred:
Experience in the pan masala or tobacco industry is highly desirable.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
