**Videographer Key Responsibilities**:

- **Video Capture**:

- Creating engaging video content for various purposes (promotional, educational, social media).
- Conducting interviews and capturing b-roll.
- **Collaboration**:

- Working closely with directors, creative teams, and clients to develop video concepts and storyboards.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Operating and maintaining video equipment.
- Understanding basic camera settings and techniques.
- Managing and organizing video files and assets.

**Video Editor Responsibilities**:

- **Editing and Post-Production**:

- Assembling raw footage into cohesive and polished videos.
- Utilizing advanced video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Adding music, graphics, and visual effects.
- Ensuring videos adhere to brand guidelines and meet project specifications.
- **Collaboration**:

- Working with directors, creative teams, and clients to understand video project requirements and provide feedback.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Understanding video editing techniques (splicing, sound balancing, color correction, etc.).
- Optimizing videos for different platforms and audience preferences.
- Managing and organizing video files and assets.

**General Responsibilities**:

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma, Degree or equivalent; additional education or certification in Videography is a plus.
- Proven experience in similar role, preferably in an educational or music-related setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A passion for music and a basic understanding of music education is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
