**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct **professional newborn, baby, and maternity shoots** with patience, safety, and creativity.
- Create **a positive, trust-building experience** for families during sessions.
- Present and **upsell premium photography packages, albums, and frames** to clients.
- Guide parents on different package options and help them choose upgrades.
- Use props, themes, and setups to enhance photo quality & client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the editing team to ensure consistent brand quality.
- Maintain studio equipment and readiness for daily shoots.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Proven experience in **photography** (preferably newborn/maternity/portrait work).
- Strong **sales and upselling skills** — confident in explaining packages & closing upgrades.
- Excellent **communication & interpersonal skills** for dealing with parents and families.
- Ability to handle newborns safely with **patience and care**.
- Creative mindset with knowledge of lighting, posing, and styling.
- Basic knowledge of editing software (Lightroom/Photoshop) is a plus.
