QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT - BA / MA in Psychology

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Conducting Empower Workshops as per the guidance and designed programme
- Monitoring smooth functioning of the app from the back-end user interface in collaboration with the IT team
- Schedule, invite, and quarterly carry out the Feedback & NPS processes at three levels: Students (via workshops or surveys), teachers, and parents. Maintaining a calendar for the same.
- Maintaining NPS data, feedback, and reviews for comparative analysis( whenever required)
- To write product-related content and record it in audio and video forms for app
- To carry out B2C events and follow up with the leads generated.
- To collate data and follow up with leads for B2C & B2B.
- To take actionable steps to achieve targets stated by Manager.
- To work on creative ideas for social media and marketing strategies

Perform Any additional responsibilities assigned by reporting manager

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
