Project Coordinator

**Job Summary**: As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects from initial client interaction to final on-site installation. You will be responsible for overseeing site visits, preparing detailed 2D drawings, coordinating with stakeholders, and managing the on-site installation process to deliver exceptional results. - **Site Visits and Assessments**: - Conduct thorough site visits to gather accurate measurements and client requirements. - Conduct site measurements and share details in the "Specula-3D Measurements" WhatsApp group. - Assess project site conditions and identify potential challenges. - Drawing Preparation: - Utilize AutoCAD expertise to create detailed 2D drawings for 3D visualization and production purposes. - Ensure drawings accurately reflect client specifications and project requirements, finalize 3D design, and share with stakeholders. - Create final 2D design, and hand over modular item details to draftsman. - Coordination and Collaboration: - Collaborate closely with the 3D visualization team to ensure project alignment. - Coordinate with the cutting list and production teams to monitor project progress. - Maintain effective communication with the assembly and fitting supervisor to ensure smooth on-site execution. - **Designing Team (2D and 3D)**: Collaborate with designers to ensure project specifications, dimensions, and aesthetics meet requirements. - **Machine Supervisor**: Liaise with machine supervisors to schedule and oversee machinery operations, ensure efficient production. - **Interior Work Supervisor**: Work closely with interior supervisors to monitor progress, quality, and installation of interior components (e.g., flooring, walls, ceilings). - Kitchen Supervisor: Coordinate with kitchen supervisors to ensure timely installation, quality control, and compliance with kitchen design specifications. - Client Communication: - Coordinate with factory supervisors for machine works and update project status. - Manage client communication and address concerns on time and professionally. - Keep clients informed about project progress and any potential issues. - On-Site Management: Manage site work, ensure timely completion, and coordinate with senior site fitters. Oversee material dispatch and on-site installation processes. - Organize on-site logistics, including materials management and worker accommodations. Lead site planning and provide guidance to workers.
