**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- The role involves office work and field visits, providing a dynamic and varied work experience.
- Actively pursue lead closures to drive business growth and contribute to the overall success of the team.
- Monthly target achievement in terms of number of customers acquired and converted (Achieve new customer acquisition (Registration and Onboarding) target).
- Build and promote strong and lasting relationships with newly on boarded customers and connect them to appropriate sellers on the platform
- Market intelligence inputs for pricing and activation.
- Enrich and maintain customer profile and update status in CRM.

**QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCE REQUIRED**:

- Background in the real estate and interior industries preferred.
- Engineer/MBA
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Self-starter and driven
- Language Skills: fluent in English and knowledge of the local language
- Must have:

- Local language and familiarity of having worked in the respective main cities.
