**Job Title**: Quality Chemist

**Department**: Quality Control

**Reports To**: AMD

**Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. **Material testing & analysis**: Quality control tests to ensure the purity and potency of the materials and Day to day routine analysis of Raw Materials, in-process & Finished Products.

2. **Quality control and assurance**: They are responsible for implementing and maintaining quality control and assurance procedures throughout the production process. This involves regular monitoring of production parameters, conducting in-process testing, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

3. **Documentation and record-keeping**: They maintain detailed records of quality control results

4. **Equipment maintenance and calibration**: They are responsible for the proper maintenance and calibration of equipment to ensure optimal performance and adherence to quality standards.

5. **Staying updated with regulatory requirements**: They stay abreast of the latest regulatory requirements and guidelines for homeopathic manufacturing and implement them accordingly to maintain compliance.

6. **Training and supervision**: They may provide training and supervision to production staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

7. **Adherence to safety protocols**: They ensure strict adherence to safety protocols in the production environment to prevent accidents and hazards.

8. Production process auditing (IPQC management).

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related field
- Experience in a GMP & GLP manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of QC

**Skills**:

- Attention to detail: Chemists must be able to pay close attention to detail to ensure that all products are made to the highest standards.
- Problem-solving: Chemists must be able to identify and solve problems quickly and efficiently.
- Teamwork: Chemists must be able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Communication: Chemists must be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
