**Job Summary**: The Inventory Executive will oversee the management and control of hospital inventory, ensuring that medical supplies and equipment are efficiently tracked and available to support patient care. This role involves monitoring stock levels, conducting regular audits, and coordinating with various departments to maintain optimal inventory levels while minimizing waste and ensuring compliance with hospital policies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate inventory records using hospital inventory management systems, ensuring timely updates for stock levels, expiration dates, and reorder points.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and audits to reconcile stock discrepancies, ensuring compliance with hospital regulations and standards.
- Assist in the ordering process for medical supplies and equipment, collaborating with vendors and negotiating terms to ensure the best pricing and quality.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast needs, and make recommendations for improving inventory turnover and reducing excess stock.
- Work closely with clinical and administrative staff to understand inventory needs, addressing any supply shortages or urgent requests promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards related to inventory management, including proper storage and handling of medical supplies.
- Prepare regular reports on inventory status, including usage patterns, costs, and stock levels for management review.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in inventory management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
