Role Overview

We are seeking **detail-oriented, resourceful, and client-focused professionals** to join our client’s growing team as **Luxury Travel & Lifestyle Coordinators**. You will be responsible for handling bookings, reservations, and lifestyle requests while ensuring a personalized and professional experience for high-profile clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and fulfill client requests, including:

- Fine dining & exclusive restaurant reservations
- Event tickets & VIP hospitality packages
- Luxury travel arrangements (private jets, chauffeurs, hotels, spas)
- Lifestyle services (shopping, wellness, bespoke experiences)
- Build and maintain strong vendor/partner relationships to secure priority access
- Communicate with clients with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Anticipate client needs and provide tailored recommendations
- Manage booking systems, invoices, and internal records
- Ensure flawless execution of arrangements with attention to detail

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in **hospitality, luxury services, travel bookings, or concierge roles** preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English essential; additional languages a plus)
- Ability to work remotely with **flexible availability**:

- **Must have own laptop and stable internet connection**:
