**Data Entry / Billing Executive - In store**
- Making invoice / bill for each product is sold
- Enter accurate information in invoice
- Enter Taxation as applicable based on type of product / material
- Entering / updating customers’ information, refraction results, past history as and when required
- Preparing DSR (Daily Sales Report)
- While branch transfer of goods, prepare branch transfer record (internal sales records)
- If assigned, manage cash counter
- Prepare pending collection list and settle when payment is received against that record. And submitting collection pending list to store manager
- Daily closing and balancing of day posted
- Learn and update entry of data as per IT Systems / Process of company
- Attending client / incoming calls
- Receiving / giving couriers and handover to store manager and managing records for the same

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
