**DesignOGC seeks an analytical, detail oriented and creative Urban Designer for a full-time position. This role will require intensive research and design in existing and ground up proposals. The individual will manage research activities of urban-rural projects and products, actively assist the team in visualizing the design through illustrations and renders, and be comfortable with various scales of designing.**

**POSITION REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Urban Design or related field
- 2-3 years experience in Consultancy firms/Urban Local Bodies/Regional Authority Agencies
- Interest in pursuing Urban scale related research strategies, Design development in Community Built Environments
- Strong portfolio to prove artistic and analytical skills. Excellent illustrative skills and familiarity with design software (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, SketchUp, 3d Studio VIZ or similar)
- Experience in GIS related software will be an advantage
- Self motivated, collaborative and curious soul

**COMPENSATION**:
Industry commensurate remuneration.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Perform meticulous and quality research, assist in design drawings and preparation, report presentations and calculations for various urban and rural impact issues.
- Construct design briefs which identify clients’ needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals.
- Work extensively with community partners and local stakeholders.
- Develop designs with clear focus on socio-economic impact and environmental impact.
- Where required, to make on site visits to check on project status and report on project.
- Cooperate and liaison with project partners and collaborators.
- Troubleshoot barriers to progress and identify opportunities for rapid success.

**To Apply**

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
