**Urgent requirement for a Workshop supervisor for a renowned Automobile Organisation in Orissa.**

**Job Location - Angul, Orissa**

**Experience - 3-5 Yrs as Workshop Supervisor for Heavy Vehicles (HMV) OR 7-10 Years as Workshop Supervisor for Light vehicles (LMV)**

**Salary - Negotiable. Depending upon the las drawn Salary Package**

**Skill required - Workshop Management, Team Leadership, Quality Control, Technical Expertise, Customer Interaction, Ensuring Health & Safety, Documentation, Problem Solving, etc.**

**Requirements**:
**Education and Experience: Diploma or certification in Automotive Technology or related field. Proven experience as an Automotive Workshop Supervisor or similar role.**

**Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair techniques. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.**

**Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to manage and motivate a diverse team. Ability to handle conflicts and resolve issues effectively.**

**Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with the ability to analyse complex technical issues and devise solutions.**

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year

- Day shift

- Angul, Orissa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Automobile Workshop Supervisor: 7 years (preferred)
- Heavy Motor Vehicle: 5 years (preferred)
