Supervising Workshop Service Operations Manage the daily activities on the service floor or workshop Allocate tasks to technicians mechanics or assembly-line workers based on priority and skillset Ensure that repairs servicing or manufacturing processes are completed on time and meet quality standards Customer Interaction Communicate with customers regarding service or repair needs vehicle delivery timelines and cost estimates Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally Quality Assurance Monitor the quality of repairs maintenance or production activities Conduct periodic checks to ensure adherence to manufacturer guidelines and company standards Inventory and Tools Management Ensure availability of necessary spare parts tools and equipment for the team Coordinate with the inventory team to manage stock levels and request supplies as needed Workforce Management Supervise technicians mechanics and other floor staff providing guidance and training as required Evaluate staff performance and recommend further training or career development opportunities Operational Efficiency Streamline workflows to minimize downtime and maximize productivity Implement safety and cleanliness protocols in the workplace Reporting Maintain records of completed tasks repairs and production metrics Prepare daily weekly or monthly reports for higher management Compliance and Safety Ensure the floor complies with safety regulations and environmental standards Conduct regular safety inspections and address any potential hazards immediately Key Skills Technical Expertise Strong knowledge of automobile systems servicing and repair techniques Familiarity with diagnostic tools and modern automotive technologies Leadership Skills Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively Delegate tasks and ensure accountability among staff Customer Service Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and handle complaints Problem-Solving Quick thinking to address operational or technical challenges effectively Attention to Detail Ensuring precision in service repair work and adherence to quality standards Time Management Ability to prioritize tasks and ensure deadlines are met Qualifications Diploma or degree in Automobile Engineering Mechanical Engineering or a related field Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Schedule Fixed shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Experience total work 2 years Preferred Work Location In person
