- 1-2 years of experience, in handling of Administrative Purchases, Facility Management Services, and Real Estate Maintenance

3) **Additional requirement: -**

Should have a permanent driving license for two-wheeler and should have own vehicle

**Skills**:
1) Should be able to read, write and speak in following Languages:

- English (Basic/ Intermediate Level)
- Marathi (Basic/ Intermediate Level)
- Hindi (Basic/Intermediate Level)

2) Typing Speed: Basic Level (100 WPM)

3) Effective communication (Ability to communicate things in a positive way and ability to maintain good public relations)

4) M.S Office (Basic Level)

5) M.S Excel (Basic Level)

**ROLE DEFINITION**
- To manage all outside work associated with Purchase, Administration, Facility Management, and Other Miscellaneous and Office work.
- To help in Data Management as per requirement

**RESPONSIBILITIES / DELIVERABLES**
- Responsible for complete outside Purchase, Administration, Facility Management, and Other Miscellaneous and Office work.
- Responsible for On-Time Material collection/ Delivery

**TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES**

1) To get the material collection details from his Reporting Authority (Like P.O, Mail-In case of Cash Purchase). And make purchases accordingly under supervision of his immediate reporting authority.

2) Required to follow our checklist during the material collection and delivery cycle.

3) He must require arranging all Facility Management Work and Real Estate Maintenance Work

4) Required to keep accounting of all purchases.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
