Loan Processor Va

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage loan files and organize supporting documentation.
- Consolidate credit reports and review income documents of loan applicants.
- Resolve issues or escalate them to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
- Gather information on loan applicants and prepare loan status reports.
- Coordinate with bank partners to facilitate loan processing.
- Engage in client-facing tasks such as providing updates on loan status and requesting additional documentation from applicants.
- Complete other loan processing duties as assigned by the loan officer.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in loan processing or related administrative roles preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in processing loan documents.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with various stakeholders.
