At ADMagic, we are a growing company focused on innovation, teamwork, and creativity. We are looking for an **Office Content Creator & Social Media Manager** to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating content that showcases our company, employees, and culture. You'll also manage our social media pages and make sure we stay connected with our audience.

Key responsibilities include:
**Content Creation**:

- Plan and organize photoshoots and videos at the office to capture daily work life, team events, and company happenings.
- Work with employees to schedule shoots and make sure the content reflects our brand and values.
- Take photos and videos, then edit them to create high-quality content.
- Keep a content calendar to plan shoots and social media posts ahead of time.

**Social Media Management**:

- Manage and update the company’s social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Post regularly and ensure content is engaging and reflects our company’s personality.
- Respond to comments and messages on social media, interacting with our followers.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and adjust our content as needed.
- Use social media tools to schedule and track posts.

**Content Uploading & Scheduling**:

- Upload photos, videos, and other content to our social media pages.
- Make sure posts are scheduled consistently and at the best times for engagement.
- Ensure content is properly formatted (images, captions, hashtags) for each platform.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Experience in taking photos, videos, and editing content (a portfolio is a plus).
- Comfortable using photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Final Cut Pro).
- Knowledge of how social media works (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Good communication skills and comfortable working with different people in the office.
- Ability to plan and organize shoots and manage your time effectively.
- Creative with a good eye for design and storytelling.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics (to track performance).
- Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
