*Key Responsibilities:*

1. Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.

3. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to customers.

4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, features, and benefits.

5. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

6. Maintain showroom appearance and organization.

7. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals.

8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.

9. Provide feedback and insights to management to improve sales strategies.

*Requirements:*

1. 2+ years of sales experience in a showroom or retail environment.

2. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

5. Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly.

6. Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.

7. High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.

*Nice to Have:*

1. Experience in the furniture, home decor, or interior design industry.

2. Knowledge of design principles and practices.

3. Familiarity with CAD software or design tools.
