The Production Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the production department. They are responsible for coordinating and overseeing production schedules, materials and personnel to meet production targets and quality standards.

RESPONSINILITES
- Coordinate production schedules and workflows to meet project deadlines and production targets.
- Communicate with internal teams such as procurement, logistics, and quality control to ensure smooth production processes.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and production suppliers and initiate purchase orders as needed.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Assist in the development and implementation of production plans and strategies.
- Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and regulatory requirements in the production area.
- Collaborate with the production team to identify process improvements and efficiency enhancements.
- Train and supervise production staff, ensuring they follow standard operating procedures and meet performance expectations.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to maintain product quality and consistency.
- Prepare production reports, including performance metrics and production costs.

SKILLS AND REQIREMENTS
- Proven experience in production coordination or related roles in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of production planning and scheduling software is a plus.
- Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory requirements in manufacturing.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot production issues.
- Any Bachelor’s degree.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
