**Job Title: Junior UI/UX Designer**

**Job Type**: Full-time / Internship
**Location**: Remote

We are looking for a **creative and detail-oriented Junior UI/UX Designer** to join our team

**What You’ll Do**:

- Collaborate with senior designers and developers to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Conduct **user research and gather feedback** to guide design decisions.
- Translate concepts into **user flows and interactive prototypes** to deliver engaging experiences.
- Develop **visual designs** that align with brand guidelines and improve user engagement.
- Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Stay updated with the latest **UI/UX tools, trends, and best practices.**:

- Participate in **usability testing** and refine designs based on user feedback.
- Provide support to the design team on various tasks and projects.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects.
- Proficiency in design tools**:Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch** (or similar).
- Basic knowledge of **HTML, CSS, and JavaScript** is a plus.
- Eye for detail, visual consistency, and strong creative thinking.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and clearly communicate design ideas.
- Proactive learner, eager to grow and stay ahead of design trends.
- Strong **problem-solving skills** and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Experience in **user research** and usability testing is an added advantage.
