We are looking for a **creative and detail-oriented Tableau UI/UX Designer** to join our Data & Analytics team. This role is perfect for someone who excels in **data storytelling**, **user-centered design**, and building **intuitive dashboards** that enhance business decision-making.

Job Location**:Bangalore (No Remote)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design user-centric Tableau dashboards based on business needs and workflows
- Collaborate with stakeholders, analysts, and data engineers to define dashboard functionality
- Standardize themes, templates, and UI components across dashboards
- Conduct user research and usability testing; iterate based on feedback
- Promote best practices in data visualization, accessibility, and performance
- Create documentation and style guides for consistent BI design
- Train and support end-users for effective dashboard usage

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Data Visualization, HCI, or related field
- 4+ years of total work experience in related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience designing dashboards in Tableau
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design and dashboard usability
- Portfolio showcasing data-driven visual design work
- Proficiency with design tools like **Figma**, **Sketch**, or **Adobe XD**:

- Familiarity with structured datasets and data modeling concepts
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Working knowledge of **SQL** or other querying languages
- Experience with **Tableau Server/Cloud** features
- Prior experience building dashboards for **executive-level reporting**

**Work Hours**:IST time zone with **1-2 hours overlap with PST**

Pay: Up to ₹1,800,000.00 per year
