**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contact potential customers through cold calling, warm leads, or inbound queries.
- Present, promote, and sell products or services to prospective customers.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs as set by the company.
- Provide accurate information about products and services, answering customer inquiries.
- Follow up on leads and customer interactions to close sales.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system.
- Report daily, weekly, and monthly sales results to the Sales Manager.
- Handle customer objections, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to enhance the customer experience.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or similar sales role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers quickly.
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections.
- Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹402,245.04 per year
