Job Title: PGT Chemistry Teacher

Job Location: chennai

**Key Responsibilities**:
Deliver comprehensive, engaging, and dynamic lessons in Chemistry to students in grades 11 and 12.

Cover topics according to the curriculum (such as organic, inorganic, and physical chemistry).

Lesson Planning & Delivery:
Develop detailed lesson plans aligned with the school’s curriculum and CBSE/ICSE/State Board guidelines.

Use innovative teaching methodologies to ensure interactive and effective learning.

Incorporate laboratory work into lessons to give hands-on experience to students in understanding chemical processes.

Utilize technology and educational tools like presentations, multimedia resources, and interactive platforms to enhance learning.

Student Assessment & Evaluation:
Design and administer assessments (tests, quizzes, lab reports, etc.) to evaluate student understanding and progress.

Provide constructive feedback to students on their performance, and guide them in improving their academic skills.

Classroom Management:
Maintain discipline and an encouraging learning environment.

Ensure that students adhere to safety protocols, especially during laboratory sessions.

Counseling & Mentoring:
Offer academic counseling to students and assist in their preparation for board exams, competitive exams (JEE/NEET), and future academic pursuits.

Guide students on how to approach Chemistry for higher studies.

Collaboration:
Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development workshops.

Extracurricular Activities:
Organize or participate in chemistry-related clubs, science fairs, and other academic or co-curricular activities that foster students’ interest in science.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
