**Job Summary**:
The **Stewardess** is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and service areas. She ensures that all kitchen equipment, utensils, and serviceware are properly cleaned, sanitized, and stored. The stewardess plays a key role in supporting the culinary and service teams by ensuring smooth back-of-house operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, dishes, pots, pans, and utensils
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, and work areas
- Ensure proper waste disposal and segregation of recyclables
- Assist with organizing storage areas for cleanliness and efficiency
- Replenish kitchen supplies and service items as needed
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Support chefs and kitchen staff by ensuring necessary tools are available and clean
- Operate dishwashing machines and handle chemicals safely
- Report any equipment malfunction or safety hazards to the supervisor

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in stewarding or kitchen support is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and hot kitchen environment
- Good physical stamina; ability to lift and carry heavy items
- Team-oriented and willing to take direction

**Work Conditions**:

- Shift-based role including weekends and holidays
- Physically demanding; requires long periods of standing, lifting, and exposure to water and cleaning agents

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
