Waiter/waitress

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Present menus and take orders from guests.
- Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items.
- Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure accuracy and timeliness of service.
- Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring proper presentation and temperature.
- Monitor and anticipate guest needs, responding promptly and effectively to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Check back with guests to ensure their dining experience is enjoyable and address any concerns or issues.
- Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down dining areas.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar customer service role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
