**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Research and Development Assistant. The Research and Development Assistant will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day R&D tasks, including conducting research, performing laboratory tests, analyzing data, and communicating findings with the R&D team.

**Qualifications**
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop recommendations
- Experience in research and development in the manufacturing industry
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Laboratory skills, including experience with laboratory equipment and processes
- Well-versed in research methodologies and techniques
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

Your duties shall comprise Assisting Head/Manager
- Quality in handling complete paint technology R&D formulations and Testing, Quality assurance, developing existing and new products. You will render technical product support to direct users and customers as required for sales promotion of Company’s product range.

Salary-18k to 22k.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
