**Position Title**: Merchandiser Intern

**Department**: Merchandising

**Location**: Noida (on-site)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Assist in Product Selection**:

- Collaborate with the merchandising team to identify and evaluate potential products for inclusion in the product assortment.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and analyze inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained.
- Assist in tracking and managing product life cycles and markdown strategies.
- **Data Analysis**:

- Compile and analyze sales data to identify product performance trends.
- Generate reports to support decision-making processes and provide insights into merchandise performance.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and logistics, to ensure alignment in merchandising strategies.
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers to gather product information and coordinate order processes.
- **Visual Merchandising**:

- Support the team in creating visually appealing product displays.
- Assist in the execution of merchandising strategies to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, sales data, and product information.
- Assist in the creation and updating of merchandising documentation and guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Business, Merchandising, Marketing).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Passion for the retail and merchandising industry.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
