**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Handle incoming sales inquiries via chat, calls, and walk-ins.
- Understand customer needs and recommend the best product fit.
- Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- **Order Management**:

- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Collect feedback from customers on delivered orders.
- **Customer Retention**:

- Proactively ask for referrals and maintain consistent communication with customers.
- Address and resolve escalations effectively and promptly.
- **Sales Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate sales data and generate reports.
- Update and manage the CRM system for efficient tracking and follow-ups.
- **Education**: Graduate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or fresher with excellent academic performance.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills in English and Telugu.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.

**Other Details**
- **Job Type**: Full-time, Work from Office
- **Working Days**: 6 days a week
