**Responsibilities**:
**Marketing and Bransing strategy **:Initiate creative strategies after market research and assess successful and failed ones. Analyse company strategies so far and build the brand in line with the same.

**Assist in Brand Development**:Aid to the development and maintenance of the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials.

**Assist in Content Creation**: Support in creating engaging content for various platforms such as social media, website, newsletters, and promotional materials.

**Social Media Management**: Assist in managing and curating social media content, monitoring engagement, and proposing innovative strategies to increase brand visibility.

**Market Research**: Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, competitor strategies, and industry insights. Summarize findings for future strategy planning.

**Campaign Coordination**: Aid in the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, including logistics, content creation, and performance tracking.

**Graphic Design Assistance**: Collaborate with the design team to generate visuals that align with the brand's identity and marketing campaigns.

**Analytics and Reporting**: Help monitor marketing performance metrics and generate reports. Contribute to analyzing data and making recommendations based on insights.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate of a Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media management.
- Creative thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and in a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Expected hours: 40 per week
