JOB SPECIFICATION JOB TITLE: State Service Incharge REPORTING TO: Regional Operations Manager JOB TYPE: Fixed term START DATE: Immediately PURPOSE OF THE ROLE Regional support for the direct installations of cash sorter machines manufactured by Glory Global Solutions and Talaris India Pvt Ltd across India. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Machine installations in the regions allocated by the firm Train end users in banks and financial institutions on the various machine related functionalities Manage SLA Build team for the region Manage Team of Field service engineers Liaise with the Services Help desk to get the logged service requests or complaints closed in time through team of engineers Support engineers for handling critical issues Training of engineers Manage and ensure scheduled preventive maintenance Managing spares support in the region Co-ordinating with Customers in the region for the queries and escalations Manage reporting to local / regional Bank teams KEY INTERFACES Partner Engineers Customers in the region GGS Central office EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / TRAINING Diploma in Engineering with more than 5 years experience in the industry. REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES Ability to handle team Ability to resolve technical issues Client Interfacing Technical Training Highly self motivated and responsible, with keen attention to detail Good written and oral communication skills
