**Designation: Social Media - Intern**

**Location
- Noida**

**Responsibilities-**
- Developing and managing our Social Media Handles (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, Vimeo and Podcasts)
- Design and implement a social media strategy to align with the business goals.
- Create, curate, manage and publish high quality content (static images, video, etc.) for Sparrow Interactive.
- Monitor web traffic and develop an optimal posting schedule.
- Create actionable plans to both grow network and followers throughout platforms.
- Ensure brand consistency in overall communication through tone, voice and terminology.
- Stay up-to-date with latest social media trends, apps & practices within our niche.
- Monitor and suggest better SEO, Web Metrics and User engagement content.
- Working with Designers, Copywriters and Creative Director to ensure content is appealing.

**Requirements-**
- A Bachelor's degree in any discipline with a qualification/certification in social media /Digital Marketing basics & tools.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to lead self and work independently
- Go-getter attitude resulting in high decibel of competitiveness
- Eye for detail and data analysis skills

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: ₹8,132.05 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
