We are committed to delivering exceptional repair services and customer satisfaction. We are currently looking to hire a dedicated Billing Executive/Tele Caller to join our growing team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Billing & Estimation**:

- Prepare car repair estimates and invoices in MS Excel based on the details provided by the Service Advisor.
- Ensure all estimates and invoices are accurate, complete, and generated in a timely manner.
- Maintain a record of all billing documents, ensuring proper filing and documentation.
- Collaborate with the Service Advisor to review and finalize repair costs and services.

**2. Tele Calling**:

- Cold call potential customers from the provided data to promote our services.
- Reach out to new customers and schedule appointments for their vehicle servicing at the workshop.
- Maintain a daily log of calls made, appointments scheduled, and follow-up actions.
- Provide information on service packages, repair processes, and answer customer inquiries effectively.

**3. Customer Service**:

- Provide excellent customer service during the cold-calling process and while interacting with customers over the phone.
- Address customer concerns regarding car repairs, bills, or estimates in a professional manner.
- Maintain a positive relationship with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.

**4. Administrative Support**:

- Assist in managing customer queries related to billing or service estimates.
- Ensure seamless communication between the Service Advisor, Billing team, and customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, both physically and in the digital records.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration or billing is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Tele Caller or Billing Executive in a similar industry (automotive experience preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for preparing estimates, invoices, and maintaining records.
- Strong communication skills with an ability to handle phone calls professionally and courteously.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and tasks while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of the automotive industry and car repair services.
- Experience working in a multi-brand car workshop environment.

**Salary Range**:
₹13,000 - ₹16,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications)
