Position Overview:
As a Public Relations Officer at Gene Minds Study Solution, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining positive relationships with various stakeholders, including clients, educational institutions, and media outlets. The position involves extensive travel, with a focus on representing the company and fostering strong connections.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Stakeholder Relations**:
Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients, educational institutions, government agencies, and other stakeholders.

Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries and information related to public relations.

**Media Management**:
Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets to promote the company's activities and achievements.

Prepare and distribute press releases and other media communications.

**Language Proficiency**:
Fluency in English, Hindi, Kannad and Kongini is essential for effective communication with diverse audiences.

**Travel and Representation**:
Travel extensively (up to 70%) to represent the company at events, conferences, and meetings.

Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company's image and values.

**Event Coordination**:
Plan and coordinate public relations events, seminars, and workshops.

Ensure successful execution of events to enhance the company's visibility.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Public Relations Officer or in a similar role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluency in English, Malayalam, Kannada, Hindi, and Kongini

Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Willingness to travel extensively (up to 70%).

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
