- Prepare detailed Estimate based on drawings
- Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantity) based on detailed Estimate
- Preparation of Bar Bending schedules of Civil Structures
- Prepare Rate Analysis of Civil and Architectural Finishes Items in the BOQ
- Prepare Current market rate data base of Construction Materials including Civil and Architectural Materials
- Pricing of Excavations, Concrete, Brick work, Woodwork, Roofing, External Render, Drainage, External works and minor landscaping Work etc.
- Preparation of Unit price per sqmt of total project cost
- Good working knowledge of forms of contract currently used within the Building and Civil Engineering industry
- Good working knowledge of standard Forms of Measurement. SP27, SMM7 and CESMM3
- Good IT skills - particularly Auto Cad, Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skills
